Sending
For the delivery of our orders we use Parcel.nl as standard. Parcel.nl uses subcontractors, making it possible for you to receive a message from another forwarder who will deliver your order. We ship our worms in air-permeable packaging so that the worms always arrive in good condition.
Do you order before 12:00 noon? Then your package will be sent the same day! *
Do you want to exchange or return a product? At the bottom of this page you will find all information.
* Only from Monday to Thursday due to the weekend. Pay attention! On warm summer days we can choose to postpone your order until after the weekend so that it is not stored for a whole weekend in a warm warehouse or bus.

Packaging
We ship our worms in air-permeable containers and bags. These trays and bags contain enough of our peat mixture (living environment with food) so that the worms can be kept for around a month. The worms are packed as follows:
- 15 / 20 / 25 pieces are packed in a small, round container with a capacity of approximately 195 cc filled with peat;
- 100 / 200 grams are packed in rectangular containers of 750 / 1000 cc filled with peat mix;
- 0,5 t/m 5 kg are packed in bags with 1 liter of peat mix per kg.
Return policy
Because we send perishable goods, we do not have a return and / or exchange policy. Complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery for any kind of leniency, this is established in consultation with us, and we also look at whether there can be any kind of leniency at all.
